She is interested in memoir, lifestyle, pop culture, current affairs, smart self-development, narrative nonfiction, and expert-led practical books that can reach a wide audience. She looks for authors with a fresh perspective, strong credentials, or compelling personal stories that can connect deeply with readers.

Natalie is a literary agent who loves fiction, with a particular enthusiasm for fantasy, historical fiction, and children's books. She is drawn to imaginative storytelling, richly built worlds, unforgettable characters, and stories that transport readers. Whether it's magical adventures, sweeping historical settings, or heartfelt children's tales, she looks for books with warmth and emotional depth. Outside of work, Natalie lives with her two boys and beloved dog, balancing family life with a passion for discovering great stories

Patrick is Natalie's assistant and plays an important role in supporting authors, submissions, and the day-to-day running of the agency. He is often involved in reading new material, coordinating communications, and helping manuscripts move smoothly through the editorial and submission process. Patrick is known for being organised, approachable, and enthusiastic about publishing, with a keen eye for promising new talent.

Jessica is the Film and Rights Manager, overseeing opportunities beyond traditional book publishing. She works to secure translation deals, audio rights, television adaptations, and film opportunities for authors and their books. Jessica helps stories reach new audiences across the world and across different media, making her a vital bridge between publishing and entertainment industries.

Nessa is a valued member of staff who helps keep the agency running efficiently behind the scenes. She supports administrative operations. Reliable and detail-oriented, Nessa contributes to a smooth day-to-day workload at PB.
